I need help with documents for a foreign government that I must send to another country. I have heard this is called an Apostille process. Where would I even start? What are the steps to submitting my documents properly?
This is a great question! The process can seem extremely confusing and as an Certified Apostille Services Agent and Certified Mobile Notary my goal is to assist in this process, demystify and de-stressing it for my clients and also help to speed up the timeline since we will contact multiple State, Federal and Foreign Government agencies. For want-to-be expats and those looking to apply for a work visa or digital nomad visa, and for those planning to study abroad or initiate a foreign adoption or have international financial documents and family inheritance settlement documents, I’ve got you covered. Preparing all the documents you will need for your process is the first step. And I can help you with all the remaining steps.
We have 4 or 5 different documents that need to be notarized. Can we complete all of this paperwork in one appointment?
Absolutely! As long as we schedule enough time for our appointment there is no limit to the number of notarizations we can complete. Some documents require witnesses, which clients need to provide and the witnesses must also attend the appointment. We can meet anywhere in Asheville or within Buncombe County, Haywood County or Henderson County.
We need to have a Parental Consent to Travel for a minor child notarized as my spouse will be traveling with our child soon. Can you notarize this for us?
Yes, I can notarize a Parental Consent to Travel form, sometimes known as a Child Consent to Travel form, for you. I can come to your home or meet you at the location of your choice here in Asheville or Buncombe County.
In North Carolina do sellers of a vehicle have to have the DMV Title notarized before handing it over to a buyer
Yes. The seller(s) of a vehicle who are listed on the front of the DMV Title must have the Title notarized for their signatures before giving the Title to the Buyer. Then the buyer can take the Title to the DMV and then their side will be processed and notarized for their new Title. Sellers can have the Title notarized even days before meeting with the buyer, which can save a lot of stress and hassle the day the seller meets with the buyer. Sellers can have the Title notarized ahead of time if possible for this reason.
